The Al Mared is an 8 x 8 wheeled armored personnel carrier developed by the King Abdullah Design and Development Bureau.

The vehicle is based on an 8 x 8 Tatra truck chassis fitted with an all-welded steel hull. The hull provides protection up to NATO Standard Agreement (STANAG) 4569 Level 3 standards. This can be increased to Level 4 protection as an option. The baseline armor protects against 7.62 x 51-mm armor-piercing bullets fired from 33 yd (30 m) at 3,050 fps (930 m/s).
