The Belarusian T38 Stilet, developed from the Russian 9K33 Osa (NATO: SA-8 Gecko), is designed to defend ground forces, industrial and military installations against aerial attack. It is optimized against low- and medium-altitude targets with a radar cross-section of at least 0.02 sq m, particularly fixed-and rotary-wing aircraft and cruise missiles.
