The CS/SA1 is a 35-mm self-propelled anti-aircraft gun developed by China North Industries Corp. (NORINCO). It is designed to defend against aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

The CS/SA1 features a Wansham WS-2400 6 x 6 cross-country truck fitted with the twin Type PG99 35-mm cannon, which is based on the Oerlikon GDF system (see separate record). A previous air defense system with the same designation was mounted on a trailer.
