14.5-mm ZPU-2 twin AA machine gun

The ZPU-2 consists of two Model KPV machine guns mounted on a two-wheel carriage. There are two production models of the ZPU-2, the later model having a lower silhouette and weight, as well as a different firing position.

In the firing position, the wheels of the older model are removed and the weapon rests on a three-point platform. In the later model, the wheels are raised off the ground and the gun mount tilts back, resting on its frame.
