The PLC-181 is a Chinese truck-mounted 155-mm howitzer similar to the French Caesar artillery system. It has the export designation SH-15.

The system is armed with a 155-mm/52-caliber howitzer based on the Chinese AH2 towed gun, which is equipped with a double-baffle muzzle brake. The howitzer is mounted at the rear of a Shaanxi 6 x 6 truck, with the barrel extending over the truck cab.
