The 2B14 Podnos is an 82-mm light mortar in service with Russian airborne and special operations units.

The Podnos is a conventional bipod-mounted, drop-fired smoothbore mortar with a high-strength steel alloy barrel. The muzzle can be fitted with a device to prevent double loading.

The entire system can be broken down into manpack loads to be carried by the four-man crew.
