The Aibat is a 120-mm self-propelled mortar system made in Kazakhstan and based on the Cardom mortar that was developed by Israeli firm Soltam.

In Kazakh service, the 120-mm mortar will be fitted to either a BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle or MT-LB tracked light armored vehicle.
