The Mizrak (Turkish for spear) is a medium-caliber remote-control turret. The system was developed for installation on new-build vehicles, but can also be retrofitted to existing wheeled or tracked vehicles to increase their firepower.
The turret is constructed from all-welded steel armor, which provides protection against small-arms fire and shell splinters equivalent to NATO Standard Agreement 4569 Level 2. This can be increased to STANAG 4569 Level 5 with modular armor kits. It...
