The IMTAKS (insansiz makineli tufek atis kontrol sistemi,or unmanned machine gun fire-control system) is a remotely operated weapon station that can be mounted on vehicles or as a defense system for static installations.
A variety of light weapons can be integrated with the system. Typical armament includes a 7.62-mm MG3 machine gun and a 7.62-mm G3 rifle, which are laid onto the target using a flat-panel display and joystick.
