The Cockerill LCTS 90MP turret is designed to be integrated with wheeled and tracked vehicles in the 10- to 20-ton class to provide high lethality at a relatively light weight.

The electrically operated turret is equipped with a 90-mm/49-cal Mk 8 cannon with an advanced autoloader and weapon-control system. The medium-pressure gun is rifled for accuracy. It is designed to produce a very low recoil force to maintain stability and safety for lighter platforms.
