The Epoch, or Epoch Almaty, remote-controlled turret has been developed by the KBP Instrument Design Bureau for a number of the Russian army's latest armored fighting vehicles. It has been installed on the T-15 heavy infantry fighting vehicle (IFV); Kurganets 25 tracked IFV and the Bumerang 8 x 8 IFV. It has also been integrated on existing BMP-3 armored personnel carriers.
