The Orlan, or Orlyonok (also called A.90.150 and Casp B) was an amphibious assault transport developed originally as part of the Soviet Union's advanced-technology air vehicle effort known as the wing-in-ground (WIG) effect program. Original plans called for building 120 systems as troop transporters and assault vehicles, but only four were produced.
