The Shahed-136 Iranian Loitering Munition Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is a modern swarming drone developed by Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Company (HESA). The Shahed-136 is a larger version of the Shahed-131 (see 'variants').
The wings are a ‘delta-wing’ shape, so named for their triangular shape. These are vertical stabilizers, which extend both up and down in the Shahed-136, and only up on the Shahed-131.
