The PD-100 Black Hornet is a nano-uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV). The system's Norwegian manufacturer, Prox Dynamics, claims the Black Hornet is the world's smallest full authority helicopter. FLIR Systems, based in Wilsonville, Ore., acquired Prox Dynamics in November 2016.
