The Neo S-300 was an uncrewed vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft. It featured a traditional main and tail rotor system. An integrated VTOL parachute rescue system, redundant avionics and data links were said to enhance safety. The rotor system had three blades.
The uncrewed helicopter was designed for security and surveillance missions, including pipeline monitoring.
