The Aeroguard Mk 3 was a dedicated military version of the Aerosonde Mk 3 civilian low-altitude long-endurance (LALE) unmanned aerial vehicle.

The aircraft was intended for use as a long-loiter tactical system. The Aeroguard was optimized for fixed-focus electro-optical/infrared payloads operating through the UAV's glass nose.

The Mk 3.1 version has new avionics and a 75 w electrical generator.
