description

The Boeing 737-700 AEWS combines the commercial jet's high-performance increased gross weight (IGW) variant with the Northrop Grumman multi-role electronically scanned array (MESA) radar. It is compatible and interoperable with the E-3 Sentry and 767 AWACS aircraft.

The platform includes an advanced identification friend or foe (IFF) system, an expanded passive surveillance system, a flexible open architecture system and a strong defensive capability.
