The F28 Fellowship is a commercial, short-range airliner used by several air forces for VIP transport duties. These aircraft are virtually identical to those in commercial service.

The design features a low wing with 16-degree sweep at the quarter chord located well aft on the fuselage; the Mk 3000 and 4000 have wings with a 4-ft 11-in (1.49-m) longer span and a higher aspect ratio.
