C-2 medium transport

The C-2 is a domestically developed medium cargo aircraft used by the Japan Air Self-Defense Force (JASDF). The aircraft was built to replace Japan's C-1 transports (see separate record). 

The C-2 has a pressurized flight deck and cargo hold and a rear loading ramp that can be opened during flight. It has a maximum payload capacity of 36 tons with a reduced maneuverability limit of 2.25 g, and a payload capacity of 32 tons at the maximum maneuverability limit of 2.5 g. The cargo...
