F50 transport

The F50 Maritime series of turboprop aircraft is based on the successful F27, but makes much greater use of composites, is powered by a new generation of engines and has digital avionics. In addition, major systems were redesigned and upgraded. The design entered military service first as a transport and later as a maritime patrol aircraft, electronic warfare aircraft and airborne early warning platform.
