The JH-7 (Jianhang, or fighter-bomber) Flounder is a twin-engine, two-seat, supersonic strike aircraft, similar to the European Tornado, in service with the Chinese armed forces. Intended to replace China's H-5 torpedo bombers, it is designed to carry out strike missions similar to those performed by the Russian Su-24 Fencer. However, engine problems and a slow rate of production kept it from being deployed in greater numbers.
