New Maritime Strategy Seeks To Prevent War

countries during the International Sea Power Symposium at the Naval War College,
in Newport, R.I., in mid-October as the U.S. released its first maritime strategy update
since the 1980s. The revision, reflecting the efforts of the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast
