ISIS used the Al Shifa hospital in Mosul as a headquarters.
A massive stockpile of IEDs and explosives (shown above)
was found there and rendered safe by specialists from the
U.K.-based Optima Group explosives mitigation company.
Some of the devices featured infrared sensors and were
hidden in dark, battle damaged spaces within the building.
