Israeli Rocket Launcher Gets Boost From War In Ukraine
Elbit Systems has developed the Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) for integration with a variety of tracked and wheeled vehicles. The autonomous rocket artillery system features two pods that can each carry a different rocket type. Potential payloads include Elbit’s Accular, EXTRA and Predator Hawk rockets, with ranges from 21 miles (35 km) to 190 miles (300 km). Work is also underway to integrate its SkyStriker loitering munition. A firing mission can be completed in about 60 seconds, while loading a new pod takes around 10 minutes.
