Zeeland Patrol Ship Christened In Vlissingen

The Royal Netherlands Navy has just christened the third of four Holland-class patrol vessels, reports defense-aerospace.com.
The Zeeland was christened Saturday by Karla Peijs, the commissioner of the Dutch province of the same name during a ceremony at the Damen Schelde Naval Shipbuilding shipyard in Vlissingen.
The ship is being prepared for initial sea trials, which are scheduled to begin in mid-2011.
