China's president will lead a new commission to coordinate joint military and civilian development, say Communist authorities, according to the South China Morning Post.
The new commission, which was announced on Sunday on Xinhua, China's state-run media, will be headed President by Xi Jingping. The decision was made by the Party's Central Commission.
