Bulgarian construction workers began a four-day protest Monday at the military's Novo Selo training ground, which is also used by U.S. forces, reports the Sofia News Agency.
Representatives of 21 construction companies from southeast Bulgaria have been protesting over what they said were unpaid wages owed for work at the facility.
German company Bilfinger Berger, which subcontracted the various firms, apparently owes US$2.6 million for work performed, reported Focus News. ...
