One of the Royal Canadian Navy's four Victoria-class submarines is about to return to the water after a five-year refit in Halifax, reports the Halifax Chronicle-Herald.
The Windsor will be undocked into Halifax harbor over a six-hour period Wednesday morning, officials said.
Thursday and Friday are other possibilities, depending on the weather, reported CBC News.
