White House Quietly Blocks Funding For Aid Programs

The Trump administration has quietly prevented millions of dollars in aid from being spent, reports Foreign Policy.
About $70 million worth of programming was cut from the State Dept.’s Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor through bureaucratic maneuvers, officials said.
