The senior U.S. Air Force officer in Iraq says that Islamic State fighters seem to be disorganized after losing the lengthy battle for Mosul in northern Iraq, reports the Voice of America News.
The terrorists are struggling to regroup with their fragmented forces in part because of allied airpower restricting their ability to move rapidly and mass fighters, Gen. Andrew Croft told VOA in an interview.
