When Finished, New Missile Boat Expected To Protect Trade Routes With China

Pakistan has formally started to build a new type of missile boat, reports Defense News.
First steel for the boat was cut on Dec. 29. Images from the ceremony indicate the new vessel is based on the Azmat-class missile boat designed for Pakistan by China, noted the newspaper.
The new class was developed by the Maritime Technologies Complex and will have "the latest weapons and sensors," according to a military release.
