The U.S. has issued a draft request for proposals (RfP) for a medical evacuation (medevac) aircraft for the Rwandan air force, reports Defence Web (South Africa). The U.S. Air Force announced in September 2018 that Rwanda would receive the medevac aircraft to support United Nations peacekeeping operations in the Central African Republic, Sudan and South Sudan.
