Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says the United States wants to engage with Taliban militants who wish to break away from Al-Qaida, United Press International reports.
Washington will look to Pakistani military and intelligence services for guidance in separating the so-called moderate Taliban from the extremists, said Clinton during a visit to Pakistan.
