The United States says it has cut its ties with a rebel group in Syria for not fighting the Islamic State, but focusing on toppling the Assad regime, reports the Voice of America News.
American forces are "in the process of ceasing our support and receiving the equipment" that was given to the Shohada al-Qartyan (ShQ) group in southern Syria, said a coalition spokesman on Thursday.
