The United States is going to donate two vessels to the Philippine navy, reports the Inquirer (Philippines).
President Barack Obama, visiting the Philippines, announced additional aid to Manila.
Obama visited the BRP Gregoria del Pilar, the Philippine navy's flagship, in Manila on Tuesday. That ship was decommissioned from the U.S. Coast Guard and previously given to Manila.
