The U.S. may train regular Ukrainian army troops later this year, reports the Washington Post.
After training is completed for Ukraine's national guard, "phase two" could begin in late November if a plan is approved, Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, the commander of U.S. forces in Europe, said on Monday. The "final decision has not been made on that yet," he said.
