A number of Navy ship programs have passed critical production milestones in the last week, reports USNI News. The America-class amphibious assault ship Tripoli (LHA-7) completed her acceptance trials last week, according to the Naval Sea Systems Command. Tripoli, which is the final America-class vessel that does not incorporate a well deck, was scheduled for delivery this fall but that date has been pushed back by shipbuilder Huntington Ingalls to fix some technical design...
