Warsaw, London Give Mixed Messages About British Military Presence In Poland

British Defense Secretary Michael Fallon has said that the U.K. will deploy nearly 1,000 military personnel for NATO exercises in Poland, reports the U.K. Ministry of Defense.
Poland has suggested that a permanent British military presence is in the offing.
The Jan. 20 announcements came after Fallon met with Polish Defense Minister Antoni Macierewicz in Edinburgh, Scotland.
