Representatives from Libya's rival governments are back in Morocco for a round of U.N. peace talks, reports Press TV (Iran).
Sponsored by the United Nations, the talks were set to begin on Friday, said a U.N. spokesman. Tripoli-based officials arrived Thursday. The Tobruk delegation was expected to arrive on Friday.
