Warmate Loitering Munitions Approved For Service

The Polish military has fielded a domestically developed loitering munition, reports the Defense Post.
Lt. Gen. Rajmund Andrzejczak approved the operational use of the Warmate, developed by WB Electronics, on Jan. 13, reported Defence 24 (Poland).
The Polish military ordered 1,000 Warmates under a US$20 million contract with WB Electronics in November 2017. The first batch of drones was handed over in 2018 for testing and evaluation.
