Wanted Militant Leader Killed In Gunfight In Kashmir

Security forces in India-administered Kashmir have killed a wanted militant leader during an operation in the Pulwama district, reports the Press Trust of India.
On Thursday, police launched a cordon and search operation after receiving intelligence about the presence of two militants.
Police ordered the suspects to surrender but the militants responded with gunfire and grenades. Zakir Musa was killed in the subsequent gun battle, reported the Indo-Asian News Service.
