Wanted By Argentina, Iranian Defense Minister Told To Leave Bolivia

The Bolivian government has instructed Iran's visiting defense minister to leave the country due to his alleged role in a 1994 bombing, Reuters reports.

Ahmad Vahidi is wanted in Argentina for allegedly planning an attack on a Jewish center in Argentina that killed 85 people. Iran has long denied involvement with the bombing.

The minister took part in a ceremony in Santa Cruz on Tuesday that was also attended by Bolivia's president, reported the BBC.
