Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has promised to conduct coordinated military operations with Afghan forces to track and defeat militants along their mutual border, reports the Daily Times (Pakistan).
"Any effort by any militant or group to destabilize Afghanistan will be dealt with severely, and such elements will be outlawed and hunted down," said the prime minister on Tuesday during a joint appearance with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Kabul.
