Villagers are fleeing the village of Ngarbuh, the site of a massacre by Cameroonian troops in February, after the military began building a base there, reports the Voice of America News.
Soldiers arrived at the village in the Anglophone Northwest region on May 24, the news outlet reported on Thursday. Since then at least 300 villagers have fled, according to Cameroonian rights groups and opposition politicians.
