The Air Force has demonstrated the ability of the experimental XQ-58A Valkyrie uncrewed aerial vehicle to deploy a smaller drone from its internal payload bay, reports the Air Force Research Laboratory.
On March 26, during the sixth test flight of the XQ-58A, the air vehicle launched an ALTIUS-600 small uncrewed air system (SUAS), the lab reported on Monday.
