Security forces raided Uzbek homes again on Wednesday in the southern Kyrgyz city of Osh as thousands of Uzbek refugees began to return to the city, Reuters reports.
Violence earlier this month prompted many minority Uzbeks to leave the city.
Three days of raids in Osh have been accompanied by looting and more violence, human-rights workers said.
