USS Ross Destroyer Ready To Enter Black Sea

A U.S. Navy guided missile destroyer is about to begin a new rotation in the Black Sea, reports the International Business Times.
The USS Ross, an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, will arrive in the Black Sea on Saturday, said the U.S. Navy.
