The Indian federal government is considering changing the way paramilitary forces are used in anti-Maoist operations, reports the Press Trust of India.
The home minister said ways to reconfigure, redeploy and strengthen paramilitary forces operating in Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa and West Bengal states would be made only after consultation with state governments.
