USCG Busts Semi-Submersible With Drugs Worth $181 Million

The Coast Guard has just revealed that one its new Bertholf-class national security cutters made a significant drug seizure last month off the coast of Central America, reports the Los Angeles Times, citing the service.
The Stratton (WMSL-752) was alerted on July 18 to the presence of the smuggling semi-submersible by a Navy maritime patrol aircraft, the Coast Guard said in a release last week.
