USAF F-22 Raptors To Get New Digital Head-Up Displays

Lockheed Martin has awarded BAE Systems a contract to modernize the head-up displays (HUDs) on U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor stealth fighters, reports BAE Systems.

BAE will use its advanced digital light engine technology to implement a form, fit and function HUD solution that seamlessly integrates with the fighter's existing HUD space, said a BAE release on Jan. 16.
